A Little Bit About Me...

I believe we all learn in different ways, and I am always open minded in finding the best way for that student I am working with at that time. I believe everyone can achieve the highest of goals if we all strive for that success and find out a way to get there. I have earned a BS in Chemistry and a minor in Math. I am currently working as a chemist, so I have kept up with all the new studies that are taking place right now. I began my educational goals as a medical student, but later was advised that I should branch off into teaching and instructional applications by undergraduate and graduate professors.I'm so glad I took their advice because I really enjoy teaching and observing growth and development in my students. My teaching experience include 15.5 years of teaching biology, chemistry, environmental science, earth science, physical science, and algebra I and II.
