I have a BA in Psychology, MS in Zoology and BS in Computer Science. I have lifetime Arizona Community College certification in psychology, biology, ecology and remedial math. My experience with special populations includes: three years full-time on the Navajo Reservation; three years part-time at the SALT Center at the University of Arizona working with learning disabled students; and a hands-on nature camp for deaf middle-schoolers. My favorite experience has been the opportunity to design the curriculum, code the programs, and teach the student counselors for the U of A's Computer Science week-long summer enrichment program for teens.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am a very good adult teacher. I love seeing adults reach new goals and work for excellence in their desired program. I am familuar with teaching in allied medical areas and have tutored Nursing students as well. A good understanding of the students needs and goals facilitates the tutoring experience.
I have taught in a medical trade school for over 12 years. I reacently completed my masters degree in 18 months because I am driven to complete projects once started. I have learned to facilitate students with multiple learning styles in my adult education experience.
