A Little Bit About Me...

I am currently a Special Education Teacher within the Cobleskill-Richmondville Central School District for the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 school years. Prior to my employment there I was a building substitute within the Albany City School District as well as a certified BOCES substitute approved through many schools throughout the Capital Region. I completed my Masters at the University at Albany in Summer of 2013 in both Special Education and Literacy. During this program I completed several internships to prepare me for specific Special Education as well as Literacy instruction. I completed my Bachelors degree at State University of New York at Oneonta in Childhood Education and Spanish.

My goal with every child is to provide an educational experience tailored to her or him, specifically. After completing my graduate program and student teaching at Latham Ridge Elementary School, I became an aide within the same building. This position lent itself to filling in maternity years the following year. I was then hired as a sixth grade teacher and have been in that position since that time.
