My style of teaching was geared to the individuality of each child and his learning abilities. I feel that each child must learn at his own pace and it is my place to deal with this. I think that the teacher must motivate the child to want to learn and to discover the innate ability within each child. I had a great opportunities to help and assist students when i attended high school and college.
