I propone an exploratory, learn-by-doing philosophy regarding education; I believe that students are best served producing their own inquiries (guided by an educator), and then seeking resolution through gathering information. I've been informally teaching for around 7 years, starting with private percussion lessons and high school drumline instruction and most recently tutoring through the Migrant Education Program in the subject areas of English as a Second Language, math, science, and Spanish. I have tutoring experience in the following classes: Computational Math, Beginning Algebra, Technical Math, Geometry, Intermediate Algebra, Trigonometry, College Algebra, Finite Math, Business Calculus, Precalculus, Calculus I, II & III and Differential Equations.
