I am currently majoring in Early Childhood Education and Special education at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Positive Experienced Tutor

While I am not a teacher by profession, I have successfully tutored a variety of leraners in a variety of subjects, primarily math, english, science. I enjoy working with people and helping them learn in ways that reach them and help them gain understanding and ultimately success. I am positive and creative as well as determined to help each student.
I am the mother of 3 children, two with college degrees and one currently in college. I was very involved throughout my children's school years, volunteering in the classroom, tutoring, etc. I have also tutored privately since my children left school. Prior to having children, I was a Systems Analyst for Servistar Corporation, and returned as a consultant for them for three years betweent my first and second children.

I have a bachelor's degree in chemistry. I spent one year in an Americorps program called City Year in which I tutored/mentored at risk youth in an Algebra 1 intensive class in Miami, FL. I am currently in school to get by masters in education so I may teach chemistry.
