I posess a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in Education. I have been able to successfully combine these two areas in school environments as well as corporate environments. The students that I have taught, tutored and mentored varied in age, educational level, and ability. I have always tried to match my teaching style to the learning styles of my students. A Little Bit About Me...

I have always loved working with children. Through my experience as a special education instructor, I have learned children can learn in a variety of ways. My teaching philosophy is that each child has different strengths, and it is imperative to tailor an educational program to these strengths. By highlighting what a student is good at, their confidence is increased. This confidence will help them overcome academic obstacles. I believe that teachers play a huge role inthe success of their students, and that with the right support system, any child can acheive their academic goals.
