I believe that kids learn better when they are enjoying themselves and sometimes even having fun! I try to make the things they are learning interesting and entertaining. If a child does not want to learn, they won't, by adding fun into the equation, you have created the desire to learn in that child. I am very patient and easy-going, but I also know when to lay down the law.
