A Little Bit About Me...

I come from a teaching family, and continue to learn from teachers myself. I feel that because I am still eager to continue to learn new things, I can appreciate a good teacher. I myself need good teachers, and I would not provide a student with anything but that. I am a hard worker and give 110% for every job that needs to be done. While at college, I was a member of the Americorps program in which I completed over 300 hours of community service. During that service, I had roles as both a student and a teacher. I was able to complete my BA in Psychology and Religion as Cum Laude and my MA in Counseling Psychology with a similar GPA. Since graduating I have had the opportunity to work with children and adolescents in a counseling capacity which often mirrors mentoring, teaching and leading. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a Penn State University graduate who is currently certified in Social Studies, Math and Family and Consumer Science. I am currently teaching FCS at Emmaus High School in Emmaus PA. I am also a part time online teacher for k12. I have been working as a part time social studies instructor for the Keystone School since September 2007. I currently teach AP Psychology and Psychology and have previously taught AP Economics.
