My comments on tutoring Elementary Math : I helped teach a couple of the 5th grade classes at Washington Elementary School.

I am almost finished at Cleveland Community College with my teacher degree in childhood education for children with special needs. I have more then 6 years of college education under my belt because I love to learn, and also because all the different possible courses that a person can take at a community college. My comments on tutoring Elementary Math : I have tough children how to reason numbers and know some math tricks that could help children remember various mathematical operations easier.

I like students to understand how the material they are learning can and is being applied to everyday situations. So I often will talk about the big topics that have been covered explain why they are useful and then show the student how to perform various calculations or apply the nessecary logic to solve problems.
