To make my teaching more effective, I usually psyche my student to see how the mood to learn is. Should the mood be down at first, I would just come up with something fun, educative, something that can help to boost someone's IQ score. I have also used the NCLB Method, No Child Left Behind Method. In it, we use examples for every question, and evaluate the students every week to enhance greater learning.

I believe visual learning is key to a successful student, so i usually draw out or show videos and explain step by step what they just saw. What student do not understand if i can (usually i can :)).

After recieving my Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry. I went on to pursue my Master's Degree in Chemistry. While attending the program, I was required to be a teacher's assistant for a year. However, it turned out that I had to teach the general chemistry lab. I enjoyed it and when my year was up, I went on to become a Teacher's Assistant for a general chemistry lab, which in this position I aided the teacher and addressed any question that students had.
