I received my Bachelor's degree in 1989 and worked as an assistant engineer in Binghamton NY until I started my masters program at SUNY Cortland. I have held Physics, Earth science, Chemistry and Biology appointments in the years that followed in a variety of School districts throughout the state. I have spent five years tutoring and 17 teaching, including 12 years of summer school. The best thing about teaching and tutoring science is that it easily transfers to all of the other disciplines. I have a tremendous amount of experience in many math and science classes. I have graduated from Cornell with As and high Bs in all of my general requirement math and science classes, including AP Chemistry, AP Biology, AP Physics 1,2, AP Calculus, Multivariable Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, Physics of Waves and Optics, and the Mechanics of Solids.
