I was responsible for teaching and supervising the laboratory portion of the high school Chemistry advanced placement class. In the evenings, I was also responsible for the two hour study hall sessions held with the entire class. This involved re-lecturing some concepts and also answering questions with students one-on-one. Later, I spend a school year as an after-school teacher in an elementary school which involved working on homework for a half hour everyday with 46 different students. I found that I enjoy teaching as much, or more than, acting. My style is to have students working and interacting as much as possible. I don't do much lecture, but rather, design the classses so the students can work independently or in groups while I advise them.
