During my undergraduate years, I was tutoring a local grade 4 student in math. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience in making a difference in somebody's life. During the last 15 years in my career, I have always been involved in training/teaching/mentoring individuals whether it is a new computer system or helping my direct staff to grow to their full potential.

I give the students steps to follow to solve the problem and for word problems I teach them how to pick out key information needed in order to solve them. Stanislaus, I became well prepared for all the nuances besides teaching that goes with being a teacher.
