My comments on tutoring Pre-Calculus : The contents of a Pre-Calculus class vary school-to-school. I can help you identify the core concepts in your particular class, fill gaps in prior knowledge, learn study skills specific to high-level math topics, and more. Pre-Calculus is often a survey and extension of multiple topic areas including algebra and trig, so in Pre-Calc generally we create lots of summary review and reference materials, while also showing a lot of detailed work that explains *why* topics are connected, not just *how* to do problems.

My career path has winded around quite a bit but always focuses on computer science and math education. I prefer to use materials that students have been given in their classroom (textbooks, homework, study guides, notes) and provide additional explanation and examples.
