Political Science is one of my top subjects! I am a retired lobbyist. I represented school employees, pharmacists and pharmaceutical manufacturers before state legislatures and state regulatory agencies.

I am patient yet firm. I expect students to be accountable for their own success; I want my students to become self-sufficient. With proper guidance and encouragement most students will succeed if not excel.
I taught high school English for three years. My students ranged from far below basic to advanced. My students consistently showed improvement in their standardized test scores and over 95% of my students passed the course. Also, Over 95% of my sophomore passed the CAHSEE. In addition to my high school experience, I have been tutoring adult learners for the past three years, becoming the program manager two years ago. Interactive modeling of examples, repetition, and simplifying subject matter are key components of my teaching style.
