I am not a certified teacher but do have a highschool diploma from Coosa High School. I am currently a working college student, in which I want to major in English. I plan on teaching middle grades English and coaching girls basketball. I am a very good writer and speller. I am fairly creative which helps with my writing process. A Little Bit About Me...

Many children struggle with classroom learning because they require a different learning method than the one being offered or more direct attention than a teacher of 20+ students can offer. As a dyslexia therapist I was instructed in a number of different approaches to teaching and how to match each one to an individual student's needs. As a tutor I make it my priority to learn not only which subjects a student needs help with but also why they are struggling at all which allows me to adapt the lesson plan in a way that is easy for them to understand and retain.
