A Little Bit About Me...

I have a love for learning and helping others learn. I am currently in college to become an Elementary School teacher and I have really emphasized on math. I took honors math classes all through high school and I have enjoyed being able to study math and help others understand as well. I also have a love for piano. I am well studied in the classics and am willing to teach modern techniques as well.
I don't know if you could say that I have a "style" but I am all about seeing what they know first and giving them hints here and there so that they come to the understanding on their own and if it is needed I can show them how to do it and help them replicate it.

I am a retired FBI Agent, with both a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctorate. As an Agent, I learned to speak fluent Russian and speak it to this day. Since retirement six years ago I have been tutoring and coaching my son, who is handicapped. During my undergraduate education at the University of Utah I worked for Upward Bound and for Student Services as a tutor for both High School and College Students. During those three years I tutored all levels of Math as well as Physics, Chemistry and Engineering. I also taught ACT preparation courses.
