Since I earned my K-6 teaching license, I have worked with children in several different instructional/mentor/tutoring positions. I worked as a teaching assistant in Fifth Grade and First Grade. At the same time, I was also the Education Director for the local Boys and Girls Club. I have also subbed and worked as a tutor since March of 2009.
I enjoy teaching and working with elementary aged children. I love those moments when, after much effort, the light of understanding dawns in a student's eyes.
