A Little Bit About Me...

I love to work with children who are eager to learn. I know that for most children having to study is not their top priority, so I try to make it fun. As an Chemical Engineering graduate and a current Masters of Business Administration student, I have been exposed to a variety of diverse materials. I have effective communication skills. I beleive everyone can learn something new, if you can communicate to them in their realm of experience. I always seek ways to reach such realms by giving them a frame of reference or a standard that they can relate to.
I have been a secondary level teacher for 15 years and an elementary teacher for the prior 10 years. I taught in the Chicago Public School system for twenty of those years.
