As a teacher you are dealing with various levels of learning as well different personalities. I believe you have to be open to what works for the individual and the classroom. Many young students do not understand why they must learn and why it is important. We as educators must show students how education applies to all life, especially theirs. Passion and drive can be all the difference for a childs success. Therefore inspiration is vital and we must provide it to the best of our abilities.
