I am a certified Social Studies teacher in Pennsylvania working on completing my Master's in the Art of Education. I have 26 hours completed for Master and only need 6 more credits for completion. I have been student teaching, tutoring and observing over the passed to years. I have worked with students from Pre-K to collegiate level. I have worked mainly in English with ELL students and Social Studies, although I also have a passion for Math and Sciences. I am very flexible and take direction very well. I have taken a year or more of each language I am qualified to tutor. The languages are Italian, French, German, Spanish and Latin. As a teacher you are dealing with various levels of learning as well different personalities. I believe you have to be open to what works for the individual and the classroom. Many young students do not understand why they must learn and why it is important. We as educators must show students how education applies to all life, especially theirs.
