I believe in starting from the beginning and taking one step at a time, and not moving on to the next step until the current one is understood -- a surprisingly uncommon approach. I have a BS in chemical engineering. I have 13 years of applying engineering and project management principles in the automotive plastics industry. In my career in automotive plastics, I coached or taught manufacturing principles to improve quality and efficiency.
