Since retiring in 2002, I have tutored over 4,000 hours of mathematics, including all levels of middle school math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, II, & III, Geometry, Trigonometry, Integrated Math I, II ,III, and IV, plus Coordinate Algebra and Analytic Geometry, and Calculus. I began teaching in 2011 as a tutor at a local tutoring facility. I quickly realized that I had a gift for teaching and a passion for doing so. I continued to tutor at this facility for 3 years. My schedule remained full as I was in high demand once word got out that there was a good math tutor. I decided to leave the tutoring facility in order to pursue my artistic passions through music. Shortly after leaving, though, I got some phone calls from the parents of previous students asking if I would still teach their children. After some thought, I obliged and began tutoring privately.
