My favorite jobs that I have had dealt with working with children. I love working with children and making a difference in their lives. No two children are the same and that is why they deserve one on one communication. Each child has their own way of learning and that is why it is important to get to know them on a personal level.

I graduated from California State University at San Francisco. While there I mastered my major of accounting as well as my minor in economics. I have over ten years' experience in all facets of accounting, audit and taxation. I have always been an exceptional mathematics student and my chosen field has enabled me to remain very strong in this area.
I spent one year tutoring accounting students who had difficulty grasping the basic concepts of accounting. I was able to explain the accounting concepts in different wording than the text books and I also created a "cheat" sheet to help them understand how to handle different accounting transactions. Teaching has been a lifelong practice of mine, whether in a job by choice or in my life by happenstance. I consider myself a natural teacher. I taught Sunday school in high school. I then went on to get a degree in education from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. I taught several years at the preschool level.
