I studied many different theories of learning while in psychology and fundamentally understand what it means to be a teacher. I consider myself a facilitator, not an authoritarian. I ascribe to the principles set forth by Malcolm Knowels and Benjamin Bloom. I rely on the strength and motivation of the student.
