I am a PhD student and college instructor and tutor with over 8 years of experience. I've taught from the elementary to college levels throughout my career. I have taught ESL in Japan, Chile, and Mexico. Additionally, I have worked in the No Child Left Behind program, and I have taught art and music. A Little Bit About Me...

I try to incorporate a variety of instructional methods, materials, and evaluations in my teaching style since no two students learn exactly the same way. Over my 35 years of classroom instruction, I have developed a number of techniques that are successful. I enjoy new technology, and I try to stay up to date on new software and delivery systems that will enhance the learning experience for students.
My teaching experience in English spans 35 years. I recently retired from Macon State College and will continue to do part-time teaching at that institution.
