I create a positive atmosphere and help students to be responsible first to themselves and then to their community. I also try to make my students aware of their potiential and guide them in processing information by first understanding the context in which it is used. I think that the greatest skill for one to learn is to be able to seek information that can be synthesized into the answer that is needed.
