A Little Bit About Me...

As a graduate of Saint Olaf College, I have pushed myself to achieve academic excellence on a personal level. I have earned two degrees, BA in History and BA in Classics. Through my experiences in both of these disciplines, I have attained a high level of proficiency in grammar and spelling. For the past six years I have taught for three high school drumlines, interacting with students and parents in order to provide the best possible learning and performing experience. While attending and completing four years of Education courses at a well respected institution I was focused and driven to complete the curriculum and focus on creative lesson planning. Maintaining a GPA of 3.6 in Education courses while participating in four years of collegiate sports really polished my ability to multi-task. The preparation and focus applied in college paired with an immense interest in History has molded me into a life learner as well as teacher.
