Political Science is one of my top subjects! Subject of my BA.

I helped elementary kids in highschool ('08-'09). I was a peer facilitator for highschool Biology and Advanced Placement Psychology ('09), and I have various experience helping others understand the subjects they have trouble with. I'm not a know-it-all (math is my weakness) so I understand the other side of the coin and how sometimes you just need a different way to learn.

The method of teaching I prefer is maieutic, i.e., one which draws knowledge from the student, rather than attempts to place it in him/her from without. To me, the process of asking questions and allowing the student's curiosity and intelligence to reach conclusions is far more effective than one-sided lecturing. I am endlessly creative, coming up with myriad examples to illustrate concepts.
In 2006 I taught graphic design topics at Westwood College. In 2007 I taught the same subject at The Creative Circus (roughly equivalent to an MBA program for designers, writers, photographers, and art directors). A Little Bit About Me...

I am a life long learner of many subjects including but not limited to English, mathematics, sciences & technology, and interpersonal communication. While my degree is in Religious studies, which gave me strong language and grammatical skills. I am driven by an insatiable curiosity to learn about many subjects. I also taught an entry-level French "drill" class for four years throughout my undergraduate experience.
