My comments on tutoring American History : Do you want the history behind the history? Look to me for the reasons why things happened the way they did and how that affected history.

I absolutely love working with kids and teens. I believe that all children want to experience success, but each might define "success" a little bit differently. My teaching style might be a bit unorthodox but it is something I have acquired from past teachers and tutors. I have not helped or tutored in a while but I believe I have an easy and simple approach to it. When it comes to physics and chemistry, the math can be learned over night, the concepts are most critical. You can't read a problem and interpret the question word for word. You have to find a way to relate it to real life and what you see everyday. A spinning disk becomes a truck tire, a sound device becomes a sub woofer. Things that you can relate to.
