Not every method works for every child; with one exception, patience. I demonstrate and exemplify patience. If a child feels as though they are in an atmosphere where they are safe, free of ridicule and bias, then they are willing to perform. This process can be a give take scenario however. A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching philosophy is that, as educators, we must "teach the whole person". Even though I am a language arts teacher, I try to instill goals and values into my students by completing a variety of acitivities. A Little Bit About Me...

I recently graduated from Bard College, a selective liberal arts school in New York. I have taken classes in a variety of subjects including biology, french, history, and writing.
