I love to see students grasp a new concept and revisit their work with greater pride and confidence as a result. Realizing we all learn in differing rates and manners, I find great satisfaction in teaching in several ways at the same time (e.g., varying visual and auditory cues, telling stories and providing mnemonic devices).
