Throughout my recent graduate courses in social work, I've remained active in my teaching and feel the better able I am to listen and understand, the more prepared I am to teach. I believe learning to be a joyful experience and am not only patient in the moments where a concept is yet to be grasped, but happy to meet the challenge and find a new way to express an idea or create a new opportunity for a child to have that "aha!" moment.
