I was a Dance Instructor at various studios, and I taught Communication Studies as a Graduate Instructional Assistant at Texas State University in San Marcos. My comments on tutoring Poetry : I have written poetry for about 12 years now. I took several poetry courses in college and still continue to write it, even having graduated. It is ranked at the top of my passions, alongside American Sign Language.

I went to Princeton High School, and took American Sign Language throughout my high school career. My senior year, I also mentored a fellow student who was deaf when she came to my school for a class. I also took courses at UC and recieved a certificate in Deaf Studies. I have also interacted with a few deaf people over the years.
I prefer teaching one on one, but I could teach a small group.
