Hearing Impaired is one of my top subjects! I am a certified Hearing Itinerant Teacher with 3 years of teaching experience.

I use Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS) to establish motivation and classroom management. This includes breaks, class store, team competitions etc. My teaching philosophy is to meet students at their current level and push them to the next level to get them caught up with their peers. I assess students frequently to ensure they are making progress in their targeted area. I feel like I am patient and flexible. I believe that all children can learn with some modifications in place.
