Saxophone is one of my top subjects! My primary instrument is tenor saxophone; but I can also teach alto and baritone. I'm an undergraduate student pursuing a jazz composition degree. I can teach both new sax players and middle-level sax players. I have experience playing in big bands, jazz combos, and three years of music theory. I can also teach music theory, clarinet, and piano upon request.

I can teach hands on saxophone instruction one-on-one or in a group. I can also give written and interactive music theory lessons.
I've been playing tenor saxophone for two years, clarinet for ten years, and I took advanced music theory in college. Throughout all of my years of schooling, I have always been a high-achieve and always driven myself to exceed expectations. As a special education major and history minor, I have learned so much about helping children succeed. I am currently working toward my bachelors degree at Brenau University. I enjoy seeing students make progress, not only in academics, but also in learning life lessons from their study. I believe this is the real vocation of a teacher. Any metods can be used to teach such as TV documentaries, radio, activities and even movies with specific lessons about life. Information is only as good as what it is used for.
