My comments on tutoring Business : I retired from corporate America over three years ago. In result, I am now a global deregulation of energy franchise owner for three years and have over five years experience in marketing, management, and customer service. I also recruited numerous individuals for a major telecommunications company for over a year. As a global business owner, I have been able to meet very successful and wealthy individuals. They have educated me on how personal development or growth will in turn enhance your professional or work life. My background in business spans over seven years in total.

I am a very friendly and patient individual. Since I specialize in tutoring elementary children to adults,I understand I am going to have different methods of teaching. For all my students, I try to find out what their weakness and strengths are. I attempt to have them notice it as well; that way we can work together as a team. For children, I always have some type of reward or goal for them to strive for. For example, I would remind the student that after they finish their assignments they would receive a sticker, lollipop (under parent permission), or medal.I have found children love recognition.
