I would not have a problem with Online classes. But if the student would want to meet and work together I would be more than happy to study at a cafe. Usually I’ll first ask what the child himself knows about the topic and then i would work to getting in cleared in her or his mind. I’ll have a lot of questions ready for the child to solve and practice. The student will also have regular tests if the parent wants them to continue learning with me.

I believe that if a student doesn't understand what is being taught, part of the fault lies in the way the information is being presented. Most standard classroom settings do not provide the type of learning environment many students need, and I believe this is the root cause of their struggle with the subject matter, not the subject matter itself and certainly not the student. I have always enjoyed working with children and knew I would want a career working with kids to help enhance their futures. While still in high school, I worked after-school tutoring elementary age students in a wide variety of subjects.
