A Little Bit About Me...

Even before attaining my degree in English from Jacksonville State University I was passionate about all forms of teaching. I have over a year of experience tutoring college students at Jacksonville State University's Academic Center for Excellence and immediately following that nearly another year of experience tutoring dyslexic youths at the Dyslexia Clinic in Oxford, AL. I have experience tutoring biology, english, french, physcohology, and a variety of art and history classes.
Many children struggle with classroom learning because they require a different learning method than the one being offered or more direct attention than a teacher of 20+ students can offer. A Little Bit About Me...

Making a concerted effort to identify what the student specifically struggles with the most is a central tool of mine when I tutor. I also help my students achieve their learning goals by providing them with a comprehensive breakdown of fundamentals on which they can build on, based on their individual learning needs.
