All children have the potential to acheive success if they are challenged and provided with the proper tools. I have been told several times that I am great at thinking "outside the box", and this has served the children I have worked with well.My background in Art and Special Ed allow me to be a practical and creative teacher. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was in second grade. I think it is so important for children to be successful in school so they enjoy their experience and want to go to school. I believe that all children learn in different ways and I will work with you and and your child to help discover how they learn best. I will then create lessons based on their learning style, such as hands on learning. By doing this I have found that children are more successful when they learning in a way that works best for them.
