I have 6 years of substitute teaching experience in the Washoe County School District in Nevada, as well as at a charter school. During my undergraduate work I was a teacher’s assistant (T.A.) for two years. As a T.A. it was my job to run physics for other undergraduates. This included both the calculus based physics and non-calculus based physics. I also worked with an elementary teacher as part of an outreach program to bring science into the class room. Although my major was pharmacy, and I am indeed a registered Pharmacist, I have many years of education in the areas of chemistry, biology ad anatomy.
