My comments on tutoring Algebra : I am a Tennessee licensed and certified mathematics teacher for grades 7-12. I have 8 years experience teaching at the high school level. I have taught Algebra I many times, so I am very familiar with the curriculum and the requirements of the End of Course examination.

I am a very energetic teacher, and I try to incorporate as much FUN into learning as I can. I transferred from a 2 year community college in Harriman, TN known as Roane State Community College. Here I taught mostly adult students but I also had a few high school classes. I found it was more satisfying teaching the younger students and so I looked for work at the elementary level.
