Learning should be fun. I strive to make a point of this when ever I teach. I do this in both lectures and tests. I find a little humor takes the edge off test taking and allows the student to concentrate on the subject matter without being nervous.

I am good at drawing students out of their shell, and figuring out how they can be most comfortable with academics to benefit the most from their education.
