Working in education since 2006 with ages 6 weeks to 18 years. I have student teaching experience from kindergarten thru 12th grade. I have substitute taught for kindergarten thru 12th grade as well. There are many arrays of learning styles. I personally use visually, writing, and seeing the bigger picture. First, the mind can develop a concept or help map out the ideas by seeing the picture to the learning task. Second writing helps to reinforce the concept or idea. Lastly seeing the bigger picture helps to encompass their own ideas as well as the originator ideas.
