An Exceptional Teacher for Exceptional Students!

My teaching style is one of engaging, fun style. I believe that students should love to learn. Students should be allowed to academically express themselves to the teacher. This helps to facilitate learning. Appropriate questioning of the topic gets all students involved in the curriculum. I always help the students to relate to the topic by using prior knowledge. A Little Bit About Me...

My goal as a teacher is to help children appreciate learning and have fun while doing. I beleive that we all learn in different ways and a person should use a learning strategy that works best for them. I am available to help your child succeed academically. I have had much experience working with children of all ages in the Education Field as a Primary Teacher for Head Start and CIS after school program. I know that this is what I have been called to do and I enjoy doing.
I have worked in the Education field for 9 years. I started off as a substitute teacher and later became a "permanent substitute" in 2002. In this same year, I also became a class monitor for Psycho-Edu with the Johnson Co. School System. These jobs both required me to help teach elementary students in every subject.
