I greatly enjoy finding a way to inspire a child to understand the problem at hand. Through from my experience in grade school and my observation of students that attend tough schools I've realized the monotonous class schedule and disciplinary philosophy of most schools deflates most student's desire to succeed. When, I start to tutor someone I always have them erase from their minds "I can't do this" or "its to hard" and have them input into their minds "I can do this".
