I love to help children and adults learn and understand course material. I believe teaching is a form of behavioral modification and also adhere to the rule, "if the student has not learned, than the teacher has not taught". Every child has a unique learning style and it becomes the teacher's responsibility to adapt to each child's learning needs. Basically my teaching style changes for each person I interact with. I love to teach and see the ideas light up the eyes of the person who suddenly got a concept. I think teaching should be adaptable and should fit the learning style of the student. Visual tasks, memory games, and hands-on-learning are, in my opinion, the best way to help someone truly learn (versus rote memory).
