A Little Bit About Me...

For three years at Florida State University I was enrolled in an excellent teacher education program. At the end of the program I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Social Science Education. While at Florida State University I received three certifications, Social Science Education (6-12), Professional Educator for (All Grades) and Integrated Curriculum (5-9). Obtaining the Integrated Curriculum certification made it so I can be certified to mentor and tutor students in all major subjects. Since then I have worked with multiple young students on both strengthening their education and building character. I feel that I develop not only better students, but better young men and women.

Using Power Point presentations I taught courses in my field to over 100 students in classes as small as ten to as large as fifty. I also tutored children for two years in the Leon County literacy Volunteer program and one year in the ESOL program. I enjoy teaching and helping young people.
