I think that everyone has a propensity to learn a language and each student needs someone very patient to go down the path of language learning with them. A student learning a foreign language must speak the language a lot, so I will place an important emphasis on conversational skills. I understand that all children can learn, but they also learn at different paces, in different ways, and at different times of the day. A Little Bit About Me...

It has been my experience that each student has his/her individuals needs and that each learns differently. Thus, I make a conscious effort to sit down privately with each of my students so that we can address his/her concerns effectively and put together a constructive plan to improve his/her skill set.
As a tutor with Webster University's student literacy corps, I worked with individuals, pre-K-adult, on reading, literacy, and writing skills. I held this position for two years along with a summer position tutoring Algebra and French with HEC Upward Bound, which service at-risk youth. I found both programs extremely enjoyable and found that all of my students were eager to learn and improve their skill set.
